I Am 65 Yr Old Woman. Total Hysterectomy At Age

I am 65 yr old woman. Total hysterectomy at age 30. 2 months ago minor bleeding for 10 days. CT scan of kidneys and bladder plus cystoscopy showed urethral caruncle. It is painful and being surgically remived this Friday, under general anesthesia. Question: lower abdominal pain on both sides, low energy, some diarrhea like stools every morning.....what's going on?
