I Am 66.. Osteoarthritis Pretty Much Everywhere.. Today For No

I am 66.. Osteoarthritis pretty much everywhere.. Today for no reason got terrible pain in wrist. Brought me to my knees. I thought I had dislocated my wrist or something. Could not move thumb or wrist.. open hand.. Never had such pain. As the day progressed I noticed pin point tenderness on my back near top of scapula.. upper arm.. elbow area.. Am now wondering if this is not nerve pain and the reason my wrist hurt so bad is because it was the end of the line. It is better but still not good. What can cause this?.. what do I do?.. How long till it goes away and did my putting pressure on those spots make it worse.
