I Am 66 With Gr 3 Prostate.Am Using Valtum Plus

I am 66 with gr 3 prostate.Am using valtum plus for the last 3 years.I do also kajel exercises.urine flow good.occur urgency.How long I can
continue this regimen? Can I avoid surgery in the future.PSA is normal.
I m I'm in otherwise in good health,still working.I use regular herbal health supplements.
