I Am 66 Years And In Reasonable Health. I Find

I am 66 years and in reasonable health. I find my shoulder hurting when I extend my arm to its entire length and try to pick up an object. I have never had this problem before and do not do anything that would cause an injury. I feel certain its a sprain to my rotator cuff. What say you.
