I Am 66 Years Old. My Calcium Level Has Ranged

I am 66 years old. My calcium level has ranged from 9.9 to 10.6 in the last seven tests this calendar year. The PTH has ranged from 41 to 62. My bone density test has worsened from -2.4 to -2.5 in my spine and improved in my hip from -1.8 to -1.9. Other tests were normal, 24 hour urine, potassium. Vitamin D was initially low end of last year but has improved to 39. I am considering surgery for hyperparathyroidism even though the scans were inconclusive. But I am just not sure my numbers warrant surgery or continued observation
