I Am 66 Years Old And Use A Pessary. I

I am 66 years old and use a pessary. I have not had any problems with it. For a about 4 days I have been having creamy discharge and my back has been aching at the same time. Feels more like a muscle ache in my mid and lower back towards the sides of my body. Yesterday I removed the pessary washed it and put it back. The discharge is continuing. I just got a mirror out and see that the discharge is white and milky looking. It is creamy but not slimy. What could it be?
