I Am 66 Years Old, Have Never Smoked, Am Overweight.

I am 66 years old, have never smoked, am overweight. Recently I thought I had pneumonia and had a Chest x-ray. No pneumonia, but a calcified lymph node was found on x-ray. Dr. ordered CT of the chest which revealed enlarged lymph nodes plus the calcified one noted on x-ray. I have been referred to a pulmonologist. Can you tell me what is next? A biopsy of some type, maybe?
