I Am 66 Years Old Woman. I Been Suffering With

I am 66 years old woman. I been suffering with burps from a long while. During the night my chest gets very tight and have a slight pain in the arm and chest. Feeling difficult to burp; I drink water and walk around for few minutes, then big Burps come and relieve my pains. During this process I feel very uncomfortable and my chest gets tight. All day along I feel like something stuck in my throat.
I will appreciate your help please.
