I Am 66 Yrs And 8months + . Till About

I am 66 yrs and 8months + . Till about 4 months ago I was fine and I used to have one clear bowel movement at 6.00 am immediately after waking up. Since last 3-4 months I have erratic motions 3to 4 times in a day but having a feeling that evacuation is not complete movement sometimes after minutes , sometimes after a gap of 1hour/2hours/few hours I will pass a little stool but not completly. I had endoscopy which did not find anything abnormal. Pl. advise.
