I Am 66years Old Person Who Has Just Undergone Surgery

I am 66years old person who has just undergone surgery L3-L4 Laminectomy and Tumor Excision as well as RT URS on 27th February, 2016. I am diabetic as well as hypertensive for the last 10 years and on medication. Immediatelly after surgery I found it difficult to sleep. Till surgery I never had any problem of sleeping. After surgery I was referred to a psychiatrist who prescribed me tab ZOLEFRESH 5mg evry night Now I cannot sleep without this tab. Kindly enlighten me how can overcome this problem and also please inform me that the daily consumption of Zolfresh will have any effect on my kidneys in the long run?
