I Am 67 And Had Mammogram Last October And It

I am 67 and had mammogram last october and it was clear... i am getting breast pain in my left breast with heavy feeling and sometimes burning along the side of the breast. Under arm sometimes hurts and and feels thick.... i did have my right breast removed cancer back in 2001 okay since then.... any ideas what it could be , PS i only have 2 cups of coffee in morning and nothing the rest of the day except water.
