I Am 67, In Good Health, Take Only Lisinipril, Have

I am 67, in good health, take only Lisinipril, have recently lost weight, changed to a more healthy diet, and started exercising. My general doctor says I have an iguinal hernia, that looks like a loaf of bread when I am suppine but attempting to sit up. There is no pain, no discomfort, and it has been with me for about 10 years. Do I do anything about it?
