I Am 67 Years Old. Last Night During Sleep I

I am 67 years old. Last night during sleep I started bleeding. I got up to go to the bathroom and found a large amount of blood in my underwear and when I sat on the toilet a couple clots came out. I continued to bleed during the night. I have never spotted or bled at all since I went through early menopause in my middle 40's.
