I Am 67 Years Old And Weigh 230 Lbs. My

I am 67 years old and weigh 230 lbs. My height is 5'6". I know I am over weight and I am working on that. About 12 years ago I had over2/3rds of my pancreas removed due to a benign groth on it. My spleen was removed at the same time because it was swollen. I was diagnosed with diabieties about 6 years ago. That is just history. My question is should I be taking Invokana, Metformin, Losartan Potassium, and Pioglitazone. I ask this question because of some new aches and pains and some urinary problems I have been having and was checking on side effects of some of my newest meds that I have been taking.
