I Am 67 Years Old With Arthritis. Can Hardly Walk

I am 67 years old with Arthritis. Can hardly walk very far at a time without holding on to something, husband, grocery cart etc. Have had a right hip replacement an tended to walk to my left. Had physical therapy an corrected that. Just feel terrible walking in the house and then can't sit too long at a time.
