I Am 67 Yrs Old, I'm Type 2 Diabetes I

I am 67 yrs old, I'm type 2 diabetes I have been a sick for 3 weeks, I got sick well out of town got home 4 days ago slept for almost 3 days, got up just to have soup and toast and pee, I feel better but I can't get my sugars down they have been in the 350to400 mark I take 2000mg of metformin and 40 of gilbrite. Should I be concern.
