I Am 68. Have Had B/c And Thyroid Ca. Am

I am 68. Have had b/c and thyroid ca. Am Heur 2 New positive. Now I have vaginitis atrophy. Brownish discharge and cramps. Very uncomfortable. Wonder if hysterectomy will help? Wears me down and can't be good for me to have discharge and cramping for months. Advise?
