I Am 68. I Have Had An Appendectomy And Cholecystectomy

I am 68. I have had an appendectomy and cholecystectomy over 15 years ago. I weight 170.
I am experiencing a lumpy area above my belly button, it's a protrusion of sorts. Sometimes I feel a fullness on my right side around the same area, especially when I put my feet up. No pain. If I look down it's swollen, and not even. Had an ultrasound of that area that came back normal. Hernia? Some sort of intestinal problem? Thank you.
