I Am 68 Years Old And Was Diagnosed With Pericarditis

I am 68 years old and was diagnosed with pericarditis but was clear of the liquid around my heart in Septmeber. In the last few days I have developed excessive fatigue, muscle weakness, shortness of breath (more than usual, I am an asthmatic) and aching in my joints My breathing is very bad right now. I currently don't have a good doctor to go to.
