I Am 68 Yo Female Having Shoulder Pain Along With

I am 68 yo female having shoulder pain along with upper arm pain--I guess more my tricep on my right side. I cannot lift that arm any farther than to touch my head. Sometimes my shoulder "pops" when I move that arm. I cannot get into see my fam practice doc any time soon! Help
