I Am 68 Yrs Old. Have Had Implants For Close

I am 68 yrs old. Have had implants for close to 40 yrs. One
has been impacted(hard and painful) for 12yrz the other has been leaking silicone for 2 yrs. Both are very painful and sensitive to touch. I have no insurance, just my Medicare plans. Is there any hope for me?
