I Am 69 Years Old And Always Had Hot Flashes

I am 69 years old and always had hot flashes and night sweats. So, I have been on a low dose of HRT and just recently (6 weeks ago) quit taking them and I am having them all over again and also sleepless nights. Will this stop? I do not want to go back on HRT again.
