I Am 69 Years Old And Had A Fall This

I am 69 years old and had a fall this weekend from bathroom sink to tile floor and bathtub!!I have bruises over one butt cheek and a hematoma in my forearm and was kept in hospital overnight because of epiduril head injury.They kept me to make sure no bleeding into the brain .I am having some low grade(approx.2 degrees} fever now and just not sure what is going on.A Dr today put me on a antibiotic!!The Dr also took another x-ray of my arm today ,it has had warmth and so has my butt!!!Any answers for me!!Thank you
