I Am 7 Days Post Laparotomy And Have A Few

I am 7 days post laparotomy and have a few questions. I have had what I call manageable pain with only ibuprofen once a day. And I have had very little appetite.

Tonight I am having cramping where the right ovary was removed due to 7 cm dermoid. I am also itching above and slightly below sutures.

Is this common? What could cause this?
