I Am 7 Weeks Post Op From Knee Surgery. One

I am 7 weeks post op from knee surgery. One week after my procedure I ended up with a blood clot in the knee and it broke apart and went to my lungs. I am now on Zarelto. My problem is my thigh on that leg is still extremely swollen. No one can tell me why. It measures almost 4 1/2 inches bigger round than my left one and I worried it was another clot but was told that is not poss with being on zarelto. At the time of my surgery I was also told I had two different cysts in that knee, a Bakers knot and a Gaglion one that is the size of a golf ball and surrounds the Vein shoot in that leg. I was told they should go away with my surgery but wondered if this could be the reason for the swelling
