I Am 7 Weeks Pregnant. I Have A Crystal Meth

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have a crystal meth addiction. I inject 1-4 times a day. I have not stopped since finding out I was pregnant because I was planning on abortion. However , I'm not sure I can go through with the abortion. If I were to keep the baby, what are rhe chances I have made for it to have birth defects? At this point from a doctors point of view, is it better I terminate this pregnancy or is there good odds the baby will be fine if I stop using now?
