I Am 7 Weeks Pregnant And Just Started To Experience

I am 7 weeks pregnant and just started to experience 'morning' sickness, which is really all day nausea and occasional vomiting. When I have vomited, it is mostly stomach acid and the convulsions tighten up my throat and hurt my throat pretty bad. Then there are little blood spots in my vomit. What causes this to happen with my throat and how can I help this in future situations?
