I Am 7 Weeks Pregnant And My Symptoms Come And

I am 7 weeks pregnant and my symptoms come and go. For example, at this moment I have no sore or swollen breasts. Is that normal? I 'd say that my breasts are very very normal! I dont feel pain or anything else. I did a scan 5 days ago and everything is fine. Do I have to worry?
