I Am 70 Years Old And Cannot Get Up Out

I am 70 years old and cannot get up out of a chair without using my hands to push myself up. I do 1 hour of aerobic exercise daily. I find it almost impossible to get up off the floor. I have had a bad back since I was 10 years old. What can I do?
