I Am 70 Years Old And Gave Just Started Having

I am 70 years old and gave just started having severe pain on the bottom of my foot in the heel area. It's worse when I first stand up but still hurts as I try to walk on it. Not sure what to do. I have osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease and scoliosis in two place in my back so have plenty of back pain but never in my foot like this.
