I Am 70 Years Old And Having Raging Hot Flashes

I am 70 years old and having raging hot flashes several times a day. Had a hysterectomy at 37 and was on premarin for approximately 13 years., Been off estrogen for many many years and have had 'warm" sensations occasionally, but nothing like this onset ( for approx 6-12 mos). I light up and my hair gets wet, am clamy and on top of that have recently noticed my deodorant is failing me. Not liking this at all. Any suggestions.
