I Am 70 Years Old Having DM2, CKD, Was Taking

I am 70 years old having DM2, CKD, was taking ketosteril for last 3 months. My creatinine was 2.4 was reduced to 2.1 after taking ketosteril. My doctor recommended Ketoadd as it was cheaper, but since it was not available (as also ketosteril), my chemist is providing keto alpha. Is it OK?
