I Am 71, And My BP Is Around 190/110 In

I am 71, and my BP is around 190/110 in AM as soon as I get out of bed. Heart is pounding pulse at 125, as if i just finished a 100 yard dash. This lasts about a half hour. In evening, after dinner about a half hour, I become fatigued and dizzy. Everything I see is a bright white similar to having you eyes dialated, My BP can go down to around 90/45. BP monitor changed with same result, so appears to be accurate.

Physician indicated no obvious signs of heart problems after treadmill test and EKG. Something is going on and I would like to know how to proceed and where to start. Live in Charlotte NC area.
