I Am 71 Years Of Age, Male And Have Always

I am 71 years of age, male and have always been in good health. I do not smoke am not over weight but the past few months have had hot feet at night. I sometimes have to sleep with them outside the covers. Some mornings they are red so i rub them with foot cream and it helps until that night. Is this a sign of diabetis?
