I Am 71 Years Old. I Have Been Treated With

I am 71 years old. I have been treated with several types of antibiotics including prednisone for an upper respiratory infection. It has been 4 weeks and I still don't feel well. Lack of energy, sweating. No fever. I have had all kinds of blood work done. Can't find anything. I am at whits end.
