I Am 71 Years Old. On 6/16 I Was Diagnosed

I am 71 years old. On 6/16 I was diagnosed with Large prostate measuring 73 cc. Six months later my lab. report states that the measurement now is 143cc.I am staggered. I don't have any problems with urination, or retention. Yes, I have suffered pains prior to urination in one or two days and after that it goes. I am reported to having enlarged fatty liver. My weight is around 90Kg. and ht. 5'11".I drink max. 60ml.whiskey per wk.We avoid red meat severely from our daily diet. We are fish, rice eaters backed by vegetables. Is there a medicinal route to arrest, at best, the prostamegaly and heptamegaly.
