Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 72 year old female. Up until 52 I had perfect health. My blood pressure was low ( 90/60 ) as I was very athletic and healthy. at 52 - I had a major hemorrhagic stroke but I was lucky as my vital functions and my mind were spared. My left side never fully recovered, but enough that I am still self sufficient and very grateful for it. My blood pressure which is high is very hard to control. I tried just about all medications, but nothing works well. The slightest change in the weather, the moon changes spikes my blood pressure very badly. My cholesterol and triglycerides are perfect as well as all other functions. I don't mind dying, but another stroke scares me to no end. Most of the doctors are very nonchalant about it. Help if you can. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
