I Am 72 Year Old Healthy Male, On Absolutely No

I am 72 year old healthy male, on absolutely no medication and lead an active healthy life style. A few months past, my right leg was badly infected from a Leech. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and it seemed to clear up although, a scar has remained. I week a so past, although I was feeling okay, I developed a cold sore and then las Friday morning, I was feeling okay, although I noticed slight shivering and feeling a bit cold. This developed into quite violent shivering and I took 2 Panadol and went to bed. The shiver subsided, but I had what seemed like flue symptons. Strangely, my leg has become infected again and I am once more on antibiotics. The flue symptons, seemed to have disappeared. Because of the leg problem, I wondering if I could have a blood infection.
