I Am 72 Yrs Old In Good Health Except I

I am 72 yrs old in good health except I ached when I first stand and I ache in bed, especially my hips.
I am taking Atorvastatin (generic for Lipitor) 40 mg day for cholesterol and trospium 20 mg twice a day (generic for sanctura. Could this medication be causing my aches? I take Aleve or Naproxen 220 mg twice a day and am concerned that the side effect from Aleve may be bad. If my aches are caused by my prescription(s) I will tell my dr. I don't want to take them anymore.
