I Am 73 , Male , And Have Always Been

I am 73 , male , and have always been active and had no respitory problems. Approx. one month ago I started to have excessive drainage and cough. My doctor , over a three week period gave me two rounds of ceflexin, a shot of cortizone and three injections of rocephren. Also a pac of cortizon. Nothing changed. Still having excessive drainage, coughing, and short of breath when I cough. Now he has me on 10 days of antibiotic levofloxacin. Have moistureizer on a also taking come breathing treatments of albuterol. My overall condition is same as it was one month ago. No fever at all. Taking benedrel, and psudofed. Also museinex. At a loss at this time as what to do.
