I Am 73 Recently Diagnosed With PMR And Have Been

I am 73 recently diagnosed with PMR and have been on small dose of Prednisone. Suddenly I see that blue vein patterns are visible at the surface of my skin on lower legs leading to groin. My hands around thumb are show veins and bluish. Please advise.
