I Am 73 With Bad Health. I Have Been Confined

I am 73 with bad health. I have been confined to my room for 5 years now I am able to get out in a wheelchair. my wife has taken my place as head of the house for 45 years we did everything to gather now she has other things to do and I get mad because now we do not talk much .she goes out and I stay home most of time. I want to be part of her life but I just do not know how so I get mad.
