I Am 73 Years Old And Have Developed Some Shake

I am 73 years old and have developed some shake in the hands and lower arms when I exert myself to pick things up or go through papers or empty dishwasher etc. at rest I do not shake.
The tips of my fingers have been numb for ayear or so and it is difficult to pick small things up.
I feel more anxiety or maybe depression now to the point of asking for treatment.
My memory so not sharp.
I am much slower in thinking and very poor in reading or especially Hearing and following instructions.
Could this be Parkinson's Disease comming on, or is it more severe depression.
