I Am 73 Yrs Old. Have Been Diagnosed With Grade

I am 73 yrs old. have been diagnosed with Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction and have mild to moderately dialated left and right atrial and mild to moderately enlarged right ventrical. Should I be concerned? Treatment so far is diuretic every other day
