I Am 73yrs And Have Calcified Fibroids Which Is Now

I am 73yrs and have calcified fibroids which is now causing me much pain in my joints, back and hips/ I thought it was arthritis pain/ How can I be freed from this pain. aspirins do not help
My height is 5feet four inches ;Weight is 130pounds and I noticed my body has shrunk and I have lost much weight. I have used Ibuprofen,dioclofenac but the pain is still there and getting worse. I was told to drink more calcium and an operation at my age is not recommended. Do I have to live with this.
