I Am 75 Y/o Military Retiree. I Have Nightly Taken

I am 75 y/o military retiree. I have nightly taken Dalmane/Flurazepam (30mg & recently 15mg) for OVER 37 years successfully; however the VA has now removed all Benzodiazapines from their formulary. I tried to stop taking it several times over the years but the withdrawal symptoms are severe. What do you suggest (Benadryl?) or what? ''GunnerOz'
