I Am 75 Year Old Female.. Who Was On B12

I am 75 year old female.. who was on B12 injections for several years then off in 2012. No problem till lab test yesterday with 190 out of 200-1100. PCP ordered 1 M injection daily for week then once week for month & once a month. I question why so much daily since only off by 10 points. Cannot contact PCP.
