I Am 75 Years Old. Have Had Hysterectomy And Ovaries

I am 75 years old. Have had hysterectomy and ovaries removed in 1997. Since last January I had a sticky discharge that I noticed in my pubic hair. Had it checked out and tests came back with nothing; however, since then I have had a dark brown hard line of discharge in my underwear on a daily bases. Tonight I notice after urination and wiping that I have actual light blood on toilet tissue. What could this be?
