I Am 75 Years Old . Recently These 2 Weeks

I am 75 years old . Recently these 2 weeks I have a chest pain on my left side which occurs once a day .. I never have chest pain before. My weight is 158 lbs and the height is 5 ft 9 . besides im a non smonker and non drinker My blood pressure is usually 118 -75-80 . I am retired ,and I have the project of installing the tiles of my whole house by myself which has a lot of work to do DIY. E very time I have a chest pain usually during work my blood pressure is high. I am afraid of a heart attack. Do you think my stress and anxiety over this project that result this symptoms. Your answer and advice are very much appreciated and thank you.
