I Am 75 Years Old And In Good Health. I

I am 75 years old and in good health. I am usually active and stay on the go a lot. I get cold every day around early afternoon. The temperature in the house is usually around 70 degrees and I put on a sweater and sometimes cover up with a blanket and still can not get warm. Is this normal? What causes this.
